Duo NIHZ gets award on International Jewish Music Festival 2009
On Sunday the 26th of October 2009 Duo NIHZ received a special award during the International Jewish Music Festival of Amsterdam. On Saturday the 25th of October Duo NIHZ played on the IJMF. The board of directors of the IJMF decided to give a special ‘recognition-award’ to Duo NIHZ for their performance. Which according to festival-director Ken Gould was ‘colourful and touching’. Duo NIHZ received this Award from festival-director Ken Gould. After Duo NIHZ received their award the famous Chazan Hans Bloemendaal received a life-time award.
